Q. ARE YOU A HBF PARTICIPATING PROVIDER?

A. Yes we are a member plus provider for HBF

Q. AM I ABLE TO CLAIM MY HEALTH FUND REBATE ON THE SPOT?

A. Yes we can claim thought “HICAPS” on the day of treatment for most health funds.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT VETERAN AFFAIRS PATIENTS?

A. Yes, please bring your pension card with you to your appointment.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS TO THE PRACTICE?

A. yes, please phone our reception staff who will book an appointment for you.

Q. CAN YOU GIVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE FOR TREATMENT?

A. No, it is generally too difficult to quote for problems unseen, in most cases the dentist will need to see you to give you an accurate estimate for any treatment that is required.

Q. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR DENTAL TREATMENT?

A. Generally we are a pay on the day practice. We can however offer a payment plan for treatment through DENTICARE *Please note- Conditions apply.

Q. ARE YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS?

A. Unfortunately no, our opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm.
